A bit of personal background

First - the name.  I am Chuck Clovis.  Early in life I created the name Czuque, pronounced Chuck, as a play with phonetics. Little did I know I had developed my Internet identification (there was no Internet); an ID that has served me well for years. I include this not because I think it is so catchy but to explain why you may see things with "cz" as a signature.  That is me.

It seems that I have always been attracted to water - in just about any form. My wife, kids and I have traveled a lot around the world. We have collected water from every location we have visited. I have been the keeper of the north house at Old Lock 13, Monongalia River for 35 years. When I travel, I seek out local water. I live to be around water; on, in and under.

So it seems only natural to continue this love affair. While it is not final at this time, progress is being made to allow me to be the Keeper on Broad Key in the northern Florida keys. The position is actually with the University of Miami on their lease of Broad Key. If the offer becomes a reality, I see it as a unique opportunity and can hardly not take advantage.
