The job is posted

Good morning! I am back from WV State Fair. My first email upon return was a note from Even telling me the job has been posted. Now we go through the normal application process. I need to apply, the posting has to be open for 5 days and they need to interview several applicants. The timing does not sound good for a Sept. 1 transition, does it?

I still have concerns about the position. For starters I fear the salary is not in the range I expect. Nothing has given me an indication that the salary is wrong; just anxiety jitters I hope.
